Manage billing and plans

Manage your Atria subscription, AI credits, and invoices with this comprehensive guide.

Important note: These features are ONLY available to workspace administrators. Non-administrators will not see these options available to them.

Update payment methods

To update your payment information:

  1. Click on the workspace profile icon

  2. Select "Current Plan"

  3. Click "Billing & Invoice"

  4. Update payment information in the Stripe portal

If your plan is expired or you can't access billing: Contact support@tryatria.com for assistance.

Change your plan

When you change plans mid-billing cycle:

  • Upgrades: You'll be charged a prorated amount for the upgrade

  • Downgrades: To downgrade your plan, you'll need to cancel your existing plan and then select a new plan once it expires.

  • Timing: Changes take effect immediately

Upgrade your plan

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Click on the workspace profile icon

  2. Access the "Current plan" menu

  3. Click "Upgrade"

  4. Select your new plan and confirm

Downgrade your plan

We currently don't have a way to select a downgrade option, but you can cancel your plan and select a new plan when your current plan expires:

  1. Click on the workspace profile icon

  2. Access the "Current plan" menu

  3. Click "cancel" [button name to be confirmed]

  4. Select a new plan. Your new plan features will be accessible immediately.

Cancel your plan

If you need to cancel your subscription:

  1. Click on the workspace profile icon

  2. Access the "Current plan" menu

  3. Click "Cancel plan"

  4. Follow the cancellation prompts

Buy additional AI credits

Running low on AI credits but love your current plan? No need to upgrade. You can purchase additional credits anytime without changing your subscription.

How to buy more credits:

  1. Click on your profile icon at the top of the left panel

  2. Select "Current plan" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click "+ Buy credits"

4. Select the amount of credits you need

Credits are added to your account right away.

Quick reminder: credits reset monthly and don't roll over, so plan accordingly!

Find and download invoices

  1. Log into your Atria account

  2. Click the workspace icon (top-left corner)

  3. Select "Current Plan"

  4. Click "Billing & Invoice" beneath your plan name

  5. This opens your Stripe billing page with complete invoice history

If your plan is expired

Expired plan users cannot access invoices through the normal method. Contact support@tryatria.com and specify which months you need invoices for, as well as the email address associated with your account.

Troubleshooting billing issues

Can't find "Current Plan"

If you don't see the "Current Plan" option, this usually means:

  • You're not the workspace admin (only admins can access billing)

  • Your plan has expired

If you have any concerns or issues, contact support@tryatria.com with your account email for assistance.

When to contact support

While issues are rare, we want to make sure you get support on any billing concerns right away.

Please reach out to support right away for:

  • Billing disputes or incorrect charges

  • Still being charged after cancellation

  • Can't access billing settings

  • Payment failures

  • Invoice requests

What to include:

  • Your account email address

  • Specific error messages (if applicable)

  • Timeline of when issues occurred

  • Steps you've already tried

For urgent billing matters: Include "BILLING URGENT" in the subject line
