Add team members
Growing your team? Getting new people set up is quick and easy:
Click the "Invite" icon in the left panel
Select "Member" and enter the email address of the person you want to invite
Send the invitation
Billing note: Additional seats are $20/month each beyond your plan limit.
Pro tip: If your team member says they can't find a workspace to join, it's usually because the email they're using to log in doesn't match the invitation email exactly.
Quick fixes:
Make sure they're logging in with the exact same email you invited (emails are case-sensitive)
Check spam folders for the invitation email
Have them visit https://app.tryatria.com/invitation to see pending invitations
Still having issues? Email support@tryatria.com with the invitee's email address.
Remove team members
Sometimes people move on (we get it). Here's how to remove access:
Click the profile icon at the top of the left panel
Select "people"
Find the team member you wish to remove
Click "Remove"
Note: You'll need admin access to remove team members
Provide guest access
Guest access is available on Business and Enterprise plans, allowing you to share your workspace with clients, stakeholders, or external partners without adding paid seats.
Note: If you're not on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can still share reports with others by creating a snapshot.
What guests can see
Guests get view-only access to exactly the ad accounts you choose to share. They can view:
Analytics dashboards and performance metrics
Ad spend reports and breakdowns
Creative performance data
Campaign insights and trends
Guests cannot change reporting filters or create new reports.
How to invite a guest
Click "Invite" in the left panel
Enter the guest's email address
Select "Guest" as their role
Choose which ad accounts you'd like them to access
Click "Send invite" β they'll receive an email that invites them to join
Guest access benefits
Guest access is perfect for:
Agencies showing clients their ad performance
Teams bringing in consultants for specific projects
Sharing dashboards with stakeholders who don't need full access
There's nothing like letting stakeholders see the performance numbers for themselves; it builds trust and saves you from sending endless screenshots.
Remove guest access

Click the profile icon at the top of the left panel
