Add team members
Getting new people set up is quick. Here’s how:
1. Click the Invite icon in the left panel.
2. Select Member and enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
3. Send the invitation.
Billing note: Additional seats are $20/month each beyond your plan’s included seats.
✨ Pro tip: If your team member says they can’t find a workspace to join, it’s usually because the email they’re using to log in doesn’t match the invitation email exactly. Emails are case-sensitive. Have them check spam folders or visit https://app.tryatria.com/invitation to see pending invitations.
Assign ad account access
By default, every member can see every ad account in your workspace. As your team grows, you can lock this down so members only see and manage the accounts that are relevant to them.
Here’s how to set it up:
1. Click your profile icon, then go to Settings & members and click People.
2. Find the team member you want to scope.
3. Assign them to specific ad accounts. They’ll only see their assigned accounts from that point forward.
Note: You’ll need admin access to assign account permissions.
What stays shared
Ad account permissions only scope Analytics visibility. Inspo, Creation, and Assets are still available to everyone on the team.
Remove team members
Here’s how to remove access:
1. Click your profile icon, then select People.
2. Find the team member you want to remove.
3. Click Remove.
Note: You’ll need admin access to remove team members.
Invite guests
Guest access lets you share specific ad accounts with clients, stakeholders, freelancers, or agency partners without giving them full workspace access or paying for additional seats. Available on Business plans and above.
What guests can see
Guests get view-only access to exactly the ad accounts you choose to share. They can view analytics dashboards, performance metrics, ad spend reports, creative performance data, and campaign insights. Guests cannot change reporting filters or create new reports.
How to invite a guest
1. Click Invite in the left panel.
2. Enter the guest’s email address.
3. Select Guest as their role.
4. Choose which ad accounts you’d like them to access.
5. Click Send invite. They’ll receive an email inviting them to join.
Remove guest access
1. Click your profile icon, then select People.
2. Select the Guest tab at the top of the modal.
3. Find the guest you want to remove and click Remove.

FAQ
Do I need to assign ad account access for every member?
No. By default, all members can see all ad accounts. You only need to assign specific access if you want to restrict visibility. This is optional.
What happens if I don’t assign any ad accounts to a member?
They’ll continue to see all ad accounts, just like before. Permissions only take effect once you explicitly assign accounts to a member.
Can guests see Inspo, Creation, or Assets?
No. Guests only have access to the specific ad accounts you assign them. Inspo, Creation, and Assets are only available to full team members.
Can I change a guest’s assigned ad accounts after inviting them?
Yes. Go to Settings & members, click People, select the Guest tab, and update their account assignments.
My team member can’t find the workspace. What should I do?
Make sure they’re logging in with the exact same email you used to invite them (emails are case-sensitive). Have them check spam folders for the invitation email, or visit https://app.tryatria.com/invitation to see pending invitations. Still stuck?
