There are four ways to share work from Atria: snapshots of reports, workspace access, shared ads and boards, and scheduled reports in Slack.
Send a snapshot of a report
A snapshot is a fixed copy of a report with its own link. Anyone with the link can view it without logging in or using a seat.
Go to Analytics & Launch and select your ad account.
Open the report.
Click Save. Reports don't save automatically, and a snapshot only includes saved changes.
Click Share report and choose to share a new snapshot.
Click Copy link and send it.
The snapshot keeps the date range, grouping, sort order and attribution setting, and lists them under the title. It shows a Snapshot created by line with your name and a Comments panel for feedback.
Snapshots are view-only. If someone needs to change filters or explore the data, they need access to the workspace.
If a client or stakeholder asks for access to your dashboard, a snapshot is often enough. If they need more, see Manage account access.
Give someone access to the workspace
Guests get view-only access to the ad accounts you choose. Use this for clients and freelancers.
Members can use Atria fully and need a seat.

Share ads
One ad. Open the ad in Inspo and click Copy link. Anyone with the link can see it. Comments on the ad are only visible to your workspace, not to people viewing the link.
A set of ads. Save ads to a board using the bookmark icon, then click Share inside the board to create a public link. The shared board includes the ads and their details.
Send reports to Slack automatically

Store creative for approval
Upload images and videos to Assets to keep them in Atria with the rest of your work.
