Give clients and stakeholders guest access to your reports
Guest access on Business and Enterprise plans lets you share your workspace with clients and stakeholders without paying for extra seats.
To add guests to your account, check out our article on managing account access.
Not on Business or Enterprise? No worries! You can still share reports using snapshots (see below).
Share data snapshots
Sometimes you just need to share a quick snapshot of performance data. Here's how to create a shareable link in seconds:
Access the Analytics tab on the left panel
Select the ad account and report you'd like to share a snapshot of
Select "share report", then "share a new snapshot"
4. Click "Copy link" and share it with anyone who needs access.
Note: This is a static report. Viewers will only be able to see a snapshot of the data, and will not be able to adjust the data within the view.
Pro tip: Already created snapshots before? Click "Share existing snapshots" to quickly reshare reports you've made previously.

Share ads that inspire you
Found some killer ads that your team needs to see? We've got two ways for you to share inspiration:
Share a single ad
Click on any ad in our library, then hit "Copy link" to share it instantly.
You can even add comments to give your team context (note: comments are only visible to workspace members, not public link viewers).
Share a board
Planning a campaign and want to share multiple reference ads?
Click the bookmark icon on each ad to add them to a board, then click "Share" within your board to generate a public link.
Your shared board includes all the ads plus the filters and context you need.
