Automate your reports with Raya

Schedule recurring Raya reports and deliver them automatically to Slack.

Set up an automation once and Raya runs it on a schedule and sends the result to Slack. Slack needs to be connected first. See Raya connectors.

Set one up

In the Slack channel where you want the report, or in a Raya chat, @Raya and describe what you want. For example:

"Set up a weekly performance recap for this channel every Monday morning."

Raya asks for anything she needs, such as the ad account or brand, day and time, channel and what to include, then confirms the details. She'll usually offer to run it once straight away so you can see the result.

The ad account must be connected to the workspace linked to that Slack channel. If it isn't, Raya will tell you. See How to connect your ad account.

Good ones to start with

  • A weekly performance recap: spend, ROAS, and top and bottom performers

  • A creative fatigue or creative intelligence digest

  • A competitor digest

Manage your automations

Go to Raya's Home page to see Weekly Automation Runs. Each run shows its status: upcoming, running, delivered to Slack or completed. Click View Result to see what was sent.

To pause, resume, edit or delete an automation, use the Home page or ask Raya, for example "pause the weekly recap for now".
