Where to find it
Click Brands in the left-hand menu. You'll see your brands listed, with a + to add a new one.
Creating a brand
Click + Create a brand to open the setup wizard.
Start with your website. Enter your brand name and website URL and click
Extract — Raya will pull in a first draft of your industry, products, value proposition and audience, along with your logos, colours and fonts.
Review and confirm as you go. From there you'll check and tidy your guidelines (logos, colours, fonts, tone of voice), then add your personas, scenarios, products and competitors. Most of the work is simply reading through what Raya's drafted and confirming it fits.
Set aside 45–60 minutes to do this properly — that gets you roughly 90% of the way to strong results.
Adding your products
On the Products page you can import products straight from a product or website URL and Raya will pull in the details (descriptions, USPs and more), or you can add them by hand.
Uploading a brand book or other docs
You can upload your brand book and other references — PDF, Word, spreadsheet or plain notes — as Context files on the brand's Overview, and Raya will read and draw on them across her work. One thing worth knowing: uploading the brand book won't automatically fill in your colour, font and tone fields — those come from the website extract or from you adding them — so treat the upload as extra context for Raya, and still confirm the guideline fields themselves. (And for custom fonts, you'll need to upload the actual font file, not just name it.)
Aim for a score of 80+
As you fill things in, Atria gives your brand a context score out of 100. The higher it is, the sharper everything Raya makes for you — so aim for 80+ before you lean on generation. The score panel shows you exactly what to add next and how much each part is worth, so it's an easy checklist to work through.
And then — turn on the good stuff
Once your Brand World is in good shape, that's the moment to switch on Auto-Gen and let Raya generate with a proper foundation underneath her. Until then, we'd keep it off (there's more on why in Understand & manage AI credits).
If you'd like, we're always happy to jump on a quick call and build your first Brand World out with you — it makes a real difference to get it right early on.
