If you see the error below, it means your ad account is missing the ADVERTISE permission in Meta Business Manager. Ad publishing is blocked until an admin grants this access.
How to Get ADVERTISE Permission
Ask your Meta Business Manager admin to follow these steps:
Open Meta Business Manager
Go to business.facebook.com and open Business Settings
Navigate to People
Under Users, click People and select the user account that needs access.
Edit ad account access
Under Ad Accounts , find the relevant ad account and click Edit access
Grant ad account access
Enable Manage ad accounts(recommended for full access), or at minimum enable Manage campaigns (ads)under Partial access. Then click Save
Refresh this page
Once the admin confirms the permission has been granted, refresh the Atria page. The error will disappear.
