Required Meta App Permissions Missing

If you see the warning below, your Meta account is missing one or more permissions that Atria needs to publish ads. This usually happens after a reconnect that didn't grant full access.

  1. Click Reauthorize

    Click the Reauthorize button in the warning banner above to open Meta's permission settings in a new tab.

  2. Click "Edit previous settings"

    On the Meta reconnect screen, click"Edit previous settings"to modify the permissions granted to Atria. Do not click "Reconnect" directly, as that will restore your old settings.

  3. Select your Pages

    On the"Choose the Pages you want Atria to access"screen, select your Pages or opt in to all, then click Continue

  4. Select your Businesses

    On the"Choose the Businesses you want Atria to access"screen, select your Businesses or opt in to all, then click Continue

  5. Review and save

    Review the full list of permissions on the"Review Atria's access request"screen. Make sure ads_management and business_management are included, then clickSave

  6. Return to this page

    Close the new tab and return to Atria. The permission warning will disappear once your account has been updated.
