Step 1: Connect your Meta account
In Atria, click your workspace icon in the top left
Go to Settings > My Connections
Click Connect next to Meta
A Meta login window will open (sign in with the account that has access to your ad account)
Select the Pages you want to give Atria access to and click "Continue"
6. Select the Businesses associated with your ad account and click "Continue"
7. On the review screen, make sure ads_management and business_management are both listed.
8. Click "Save" then close the Meta window and return to Atria.
Is it safe? Yes. Atria connects through Meta's official API. We only request access to read your ad data, we can't make changes to your campaigns.
Step 2: Add the ad account inside Atria
Once your Meta connection is authorized, you add the account manually inside Atria:
Go to Analytics & Launch in the left sidebar
In the top left, look for the Ad accounts section
Click the + button next to it
Select the account you want to add and confirm
Your account will now appear in the list and data will start syncing. First-time sync can take a few hours this is normal.
Connecting a TikTok ad account
TikTok is supported for competitive intelligence and analysis. Launching ads to TikTok directly from Atria is not available yet.
To connect:
Go through the initial TikTok connection flow during onboarding
Once authorized, your TikTok account will appear automatically in Atria for analysis
There's no separate "add account" button for TikTok like there is for Meta. It populates after the authorization is complete.
TikTok is currently supported for analysis (competitive intelligence), not for launching ads from inside Atria yet.
"I connected but still not seeing data"
Give it a few hours. If after 24 hours data still isn't showing up, try:
Logging out and back into Atria
Disconnecting and reconnecting the Meta account
Making sure ads_management and business_management are both included in your Meta permissions
If none of that works, reach out through the chat.
"I'm getting a permissions error"
"Required Meta App Permissions Missing" Click Reauthorize in the warning banner inside Atria.
In Meta, choose Edit previous settings (not Reconnect), go through Pages and Businesses again, and on the review screen confirm that ads_management and business_management are both included. Save and return to Atria.
"Launch Permission Not Granted" This means your Meta Business Manager admin hasn't given your user the right access. Ask them to grant you Manage ad accounts (or at minimum Manage campaigns) for that ad account, then refresh Atria.
How many ad accounts can I connect?
Plan | Ad accounts included |
Core | 5 |
Plus | 10 |
Business | 25 |
If you need more, upgrading your plan is the easiest way to expand your limit.
