Overview
The Launch module allows you to create and manage ad campaigns efficiently. With the Bulk Add workflow, you can set up multiple ads at once by selecting your identity, ad sets, creative assets, and ad content — then preview and launch everything in a few clicks.
This guide walks you through the entire process from creating a launch task to tracking results after your ads go live.
Step 1: Create a Launch Task
Navigate to the Launch page from the left sidebar. Click the “Create launch task” button to start a new task.
Step 2: Use Bulk Add to Set Up Ads
Once inside a launch task, click the “Bulk add” button in the upper-right corner to open the Bulk Add wizard. This streamlined workflow guides you through three steps: Basic setup, Select creative assets, and Ad content.
Tip: You can also add individual ads using the “+ Add row” button if you prefer to set them up one at a time.
Step 3: Configure Identity and Ad Sets
In the Basic Setup step, select your Identity by choosing the Facebook Page that will be associated with your ads. Optionally, select an Instagram profile. Then, choose the Campaigns & Ad Sets you want to target. You can select multiple ad sets to create ads across different audiences simultaneously.
Step 4: Select Creative Assets
In the Select Creative Assets step, click “Select from asset” to open the Asset Library. You can choose images and videos that will be used as your ad creatives.
The Asset Library provides multiple ways to source your creatives. You can select existing assets, upload files from your local computer, or import them from Google Drive. All uploaded files are automatically saved to your asset library for future use.
After selecting your assets, you can group them to create multi-placement ads. This is recommended for optimizing delivery across different placements such as Feed, Stories, and Reels. Atria recommends selecting 2–3 creative assets per group with the recommended aspect ratios: square (1:1), vertical (9:16), and horizontal (1.91:1).
Step 5: Fill in Ad Content
In the Ad Content step, compose the copy for your ads. You can either start from scratch or select a pre-built Ad Content Template to auto-fill the fields. Templates are a great way to maintain consistency across campaigns and save time on repeated setups.
Step 6: Preview Your Ads
After completing the Bulk Add wizard, you will see a summary table listing all ads created within this launch task. The table shows each ad’s name, format, creative assets, primary text, headline, description, and call to action.
Click “Preview” in the top-right corner to open the Ad Preview panel. Here you can see exactly how your ads will appear across different placements such as Facebook Feed, Stories, and more. The Ad Details panel on the right shows all the metadata and settings for the selected ad.
Step 7: Launch Your Ads
Once you are satisfied with the preview, click “Launch all ads” in the top-right corner to submit your ads. You can also edit individual ads directly from the summary table before launching if any last-minute changes are needed.
Step 8: Track Launch Progress
After launching, return to the Launch dashboard to monitor progress. Each task shows a Launch Status column indicating whether your ads are currently being processed, have been successfully launched, or encountered any issues. The status updates in real time so you can stay informed without leaving the page.
Step 9: Review Results and Troubleshoot
Click “View details” on any launched task to open the Ad Details panel. This panel provides comprehensive information for each ad.
