Raya connectors

Connectors are how you plug Raya into the tools and data you already use, so she's working from your full picture rather than half of it. The more you connect, the sharper and more specific her answers, reports and ideas become.

The two kinds of connector

  • Your data sources — the platforms your performance data lives in, like your ad accounts (Meta and TikTok), Triple Whale and Shopify. These feed Raya the numbers she analyses.

  • Google Ads sits slightly apart and it's worth knowing why. You can connect it, and Raya can read it and report on it — but it doesn't behave like a Meta or TikTok ad account. Those flow into the Analytics dashboards, your custom reports and Radar; Google Ads reaches Raya only. If you're connecting it expecting dashboards to fill up, read Google Ads connector first.

  • Your everyday tools — the apps your team works in day to day, like Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Klaviyo, Airtable, Asana and Figma. These let Raya pull in context and deliver work where you already are.

It's a growing library, so if something you use isn't there yet, it's worth checking back.

Where to find them

Open the Raya tab, and under the Ask me anything box you'll see the connector icons.

click through to your Connectors page (or head straight to app.tryatria.com/workspace/raya/connectors).

Connecting one

  1. Find the connector you want in the list.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Follow that tool's sign-in to authorise it — most use a secure sign-in, a few ask for direct credentials.

  4. Once it's connected, Raya can use it straight away, both in the app and in Slack.

You can connect tools at an individual or team level, and organise them by brand, so everything stays tidy across your workspace.

Managing and reconnecting

You can manage your connections from the same Connectors page. Every so often a tool may ask you to sign in again — for example if its permissions lapse — so if a connector stops working, reconnecting it from here usually does the trick.

A few connectors we're asked about most have their own step-by-step guides — start with Triple Whale, Shopify and Google Ads. And if you'd like a hand deciding what to connect first, just shout.
