Before you start
You'll need a Triple Whale account with permission to authorise the connection (an admin or owner login is safest). Connectors are part of your paid plan, so you'll want to be on Core or above.
How to connect
Open the Raya tab and click the connector icons under Ask me anything to open your Connectors page.
Scroll to the Triple Whale connector and click Connect.
Complete Triple Whale's secure sign-in and follow the prompts to authorise access.
Once it's connected, Raya can start drawing on your Triple Whale data — just ask her about it in the app or in Slack.
If the connection doesn't take
Every now and then the Triple Whale connection can hit a snag — usually an authorisation or API hiccup. If that happens, reconnect it from the Connectors page, and if it still won't play ball, just shout and we'll get it sorted.
