What this usually looks like
The loading indicator keeps spinning but nothing comes back
Raya's response cuts off mid-sentence
You sent a message and got no reply at all
A task started, like a competitor report or data pull, but the result never showed up
A generic "Something went wrong" or "Please try again" message appeared
Start here:
Refresh and retry your message - Reload the page and resend what you typed. Most timeouts are temporary and a simple retry is all it takes.
Open a new chat thread - If Raya seems stuck in a loop, don't keep trying in the same conversation. Start a fresh one. Long threads can slow things down, and a clean context usually gets her back on track.
Break your request into smaller pieces - If you asked Raya to do several things at once, analyze your top ads, compare with competitors, write a brief, all in one message, try splitting those into separate requests.
The more focused the ask, the less likely it is to time out.
Specific situations
Timed out while pulling ad account data
Accounts with a lot of campaigns take longer to process. Wait about 30β60 seconds and try again. If it keeps happening, go to Analytics & Launch and check that your Meta account is still connected. If you see an error or the account is missing, disconnect and reconnect it. It's also worth checking metastatus.com, if Meta's API is having issues, Raya won't be able to pull your data regardless of what you do on Atria's side.
Response cuts off mid-sentence
This usually happens when Raya's output is very long, like a detailed report or a full ad script. Just type "Continue" or "Finish the analysis" in the same thread and she'll pick up from where she left off. If that doesn't work, ask her to give you a shorter version instead: "Can you summarize that instead of the full breakdown?"
Not responding on Slack
First, test Raya directly in the Atria web app. If she works there, the issue is specific to the Slack integration.
Go to Settings > Connectors, check if Slack is still active, and reconnect it if needed.
Advanced steps if nothing above worked
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload app.tryatria.com
Switch to Google Chrome, it gives the best experience with Atria
Disable browser extensions like ad blockers or VPNs, or test in an incognito window
Check your internet connection, Raya uses a real-time streaming connection, so an unstable network can cause consistent timeouts
