In most cases, the Print preview won't render due to formatting issues that are also preventing export.
However, if you're able to export a PDF and can't see the print preview or your calculated page count, this could be due to a conflict between the Chrome PDF viewer and your video drivers. Here is how you can resolve that:
Open the Chrome menu by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner.
Click Settings.
In the left-hand menu select System.
Toggle off Use hardware acceleration when available.
While turning off hardware acceleration fixes the rendering problems, it might slow down performance when viewing web content. It's a good idea to turn it back on after you complete your task involving the PDF.
