Ensure your SEE Tickets account manager's email address is on hand - this is a requirement for setting up this integration. Please note: Only events connected to the specified merchant ID will sync
How to connect to your See Tickets US account
Ask your See Tickets US account manager for the following information to connect:
Your See Tickets US Client ID
Your See Tickets US API Key
Your See Tickets US API Secret
Next, select a list (optional) you'd like the contacts to be added to when synced
Then click Connect
What data will be synced?
Event data: name, date, ID, time, event image
Ticket/order data: price, ID, purchase time
Contact data: Full name, email address, postcode
Auto sync frequency is daily
What data won't be synced?
Mobile number
Date of birth
Tags
Gender
Country
State
City
Cannot process refund data
Cannot sync Tour information
Cannot resync Full Event Data manually
Cannot resync events if they are deleted
Cannot sync abandoned cart data
Data discrepancy
Please note there may be a 3-5% data discrepancy with our ticketing integrations. This is a normal occurrence, as we are a data aggregator and each ticketing platform has its own unique way of calculating and displaying ticket data. Therefore, when such data is displayed in Audience Republic, a certain percentage of difference is to be expected.
