Before you get started
Zapier allows you to sync contact data from any of their supported apps directly into your Audience Republic account. You can check out all the apps that Zapier supports on this page of their website. Please ensure you have a Zapier account.
Please note: The Zapier integration is only one way (Zapier to Audience Republic).
How to connect Zapier
Log in or create a new Zapier account
Select your trigger app (such as Mailchimp) and event (such as "New Contact Added to Mailchimp")
Create an action step and choose Audience Republic API as the app. Enter your Audience Republic account and click Authenticate to connect:
Then Select the Action – Choose "Create New Contacts" as the action in Zapier.
In the sidebar, select the fields you want to sync to your Audience Republic account: include key details such as Email Address, Mobile Number:
Add Marketing Opt-in (select as Static or Custom field):
Add a Tag – Assign a tag to contacts coming from the Zapier integration so you can easily filter them later.
5. Authorise the Integration – Log in to your Audience Republic account when prompted to complete the authorisation.
6. Test the Action – Run a test to confirm that the contact is successfully created in Audience Republic.
Take a look at your data in the Zappier integration page:
Then, in your Audience Republic account, use the Audience Manager filters to select the specific tag used to find the contacts who synced from Zapier:
7. Enable the Zap – Once everything is set up correctly, turn on the Zap to start syncing data automatically.
