Export Contacts from Audience Manager

Export contact data from Audience Manager to a CSV file for analysis, reporting, or use in other platforms.

Before You Begin

How to Export Contacts

  1. Go to the Audience Manager.

  2. To export:

    • All contacts: Tick the box at the top of the table.

    • Filtered contacts: Apply filters, then tick the box to select all results.

  3. Click Export as CSV from the menu on the right-hand side.

  4. Your CSV file will be emailed to you.

Fields Included in a Standard Export

  • Email address

  • First and last name

  • Mobile number (if available)

  • Country, state, city, postcode

  • Date of birth

  • Gender (if available)

  • Opt-in status (Email/SMS)

  • Tags

How to Export Additional Fields

Want to include more data in your export? Follow these steps:

  1. In Audience Manager, click the ⋯ (More) icon.

  2. Select Edit Columns.

  3. Tick the fields you want to include, such as:

    • Custom fields

    • Total campaign count

    • Total event count

    • Total referrals

    • Total tickets

    • Total points

    • Total ticket sales

    Note: Street address is not available for export.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Export as CSV again to include these fields in your file.
