Setup Checklist
Follow these steps to get up and running:
1. Prepare Your Contact Data
Identify where your contacts are coming from (ticketing platforms, email lists, etc.)
Format your CSV correctly for import
Download the CSV template to get started
2. Connect Integrations
Have your admin logins ready for any ticketing platforms
Set up integrations to automatically sync attendee data
3. Import Your Contacts
Import your contact list via CSV
Add tags during import to help with organisation (e.g. genres, VIPs, events)
4. Tag and Segment Your Contacts
Create manual tags to group specific contacts
Use filters to build dynamic segments (e.g. past buyers, by location)
5. Explore Customer Profiles
View individual contact profiles to see full history, ticket spend, events attended, and more
6. Start Targeting
Use filters and segments to run smarter email, SMS, and ad campaigns
Save filter sets for future use
