The Contact Profile is your central hub for managing and viewing detailed insights into an individual’s interactions, ticketing behaviour, and messaging history. It provides a complete view of a contact’s engagement with your events and campaigns over time.

How to Access a Contact Profile

  1. Go to Audience Manager.

  2. Click on a contact to open their Contact Profile.

This gives you access to all tabs, details, and activity for that individual.

Navigation Tabs

Located under the contact header, each tab organises a different type of data:

  • Overview: Summary of spend, purchases, and recent activity

  • Orders: Full ticket purchase history, including status, amount, and order ID

  • Events: Events attended or interacted with

  • Data Capture: Forms completed and campaigns registered

  • Activity: Timeline of updates, tag changes, and interactions

Orders Tab

The Orders tab provides a detailed view of a contact’s ticket purchase history:

  • Search Bar: Quickly locate orders by event, ticket type, or other identifiers.

  • Orders List Columns:

    • Description: Ticket type, event name, and event thumbnail

    • Attribution: Ticketing platform or CSV Import

    • Order Amount: Transaction total; refunds appear as negative values

    • Order ID: Unique identifier for customer support or platform queries

    • Status: Current order state (Completed, Refund, Cancelled)

    • Order Date: Date of transaction or latest status update

Contact Details Panel

Located on the right-hand side, the panel includes:

  • Contact Information: Name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, and location. (Editable except for first and last seen.)

  • Website Activity: First/last seen timestamps, site visits, and engagement longevity.

  • Messaging & Subscriptions: Email subscription status, messages sent, and engagement stats (open rates, CTR, etc.)

  • My Tags & Custom Fields: Any tags or custom fields associated with the contact

When to Use Contact Profiles

Contact profiles are especially useful when you need to:

  • Review a customer’s full event and purchase history

  • Troubleshoot subscription or messaging issues

  • Update contact details manually

  • Understand engagement at an individual level

💡 Tip: If you’re investigating why a contact did or didn’t receive a campaign, start in their profile—it’s the most complete source of information.
