Overview of Events

The Events tab is where all your events live in Audience Republic. Events can be:

  • Manually created

  • Imported via CSV

  • Synced directly from ticketing integrations

Events are organised into Upcoming and Past Events, accessible from the secondary navigation panel.


Filtering Events

Within each folder, you can filter by:

  • All Events: View all upcoming or past events, including event groups

  • Events: Filter to show only individual events

  • Groups: Filter to show only event groups


What are Event Groups?

Event Groups allow you to group multiple events together, providing a holistic view of all selected events.

  • Track metrics at both the individual event and group level

  • Easily manage multiple events and monitor performance across campaigns


Event Dashboard

Opening an event or event group brings you to the Event Dashboard, divided into several tabs:

1. Ticket Sales

A snapshot of event or group performance.

Key metrics include:

  • Ticket sales conversions

  • Total ticket sales and quantity

  • Ticket sales attributed to messages (Email & SMS)

2. Orders Tab

Displays all ticket orders for the event.

Columns include:

  • Order ID: Unique purchase identifier

  • Buyer Name & Contact: Email, phone, and subscription status

  • Ticket Type & Quantity

  • Order Amount & Status: Completed, Refunded, Cancelled

  • Order Date

πŸ’‘ Tip: Use the search bar to quickly find orders by name, ticket type, or ID.


3. Data Capture Tab

Shows all Data Capture forms and campaigns linked to the event or group.

Metrics include:

  • Data Capture type

  • Page views

  • Total sign-ups (referrals and uplift % if Gamified)

Actions you can take:

  • Create a new Data Capture form for this event or group

  • Create Email or SMS messages

  • Build an Automation tied to this event or group


4. Insights Tab

Split into Event Insights and Audience Insights.

Metrics include:

  • Message engagement for the event or group

  • Top spending ticket buyers and repeat purchasers

  • Location breakdown (City, State, Country)

  • Demographics: Age, Gender


5. Messages Tab

Displays all email and SMS communications associated with the event or group.

Actions you can take:

  • Send a new message to attendees or registrants

  • View message performance (opens, clicks, engagement)

  • Edit scheduled messages

πŸ’‘ Tip: Messages can be linked to event-specific promotions or reminders.


Additional Actions

From your Event View or Event Group page, click the Create button to:

  • Create a new Data Capture Form – Capture sign-ups, presales, or engagement for this event/group

  • Build an Email or SMS – Send targeted communications to attendees or registrants

  • Create an Automation – Set up automated workflows tied to this event or group
