We’ve rolled out a series of updates designed to make Audience Republic more intuitive, flexible, and powerful across audience management, data capture, and event reporting.

🔎 Saved Filters & Contact Management

Segments are now called Saved Filters — same functionality, clearer naming. You can manage tags and filters from a new directory view, group and merge tags, favourite frequently used filters, and take bulk actions using the new floating action panel.

We’ve also improved CSV imports (including named imports and opt-in overrides) and added clearer global Email and SMS opt-in visibility at a contact level.

📥 New Data Capture Experience

Campaigns are now called Data Capture, bringing pre-sales, sign-ups, waitlists, and competitions into one central workflow.

You can create flexible capture types, use enhanced forms with richer formatting and clearer consent options, add new actions (like Complete Profile or Subscribe to additional lists), and track LinkedIn and Snapchat pixels.

👤 Improved Contact Profiles

Contact profiles now show high-level engagement metrics, messaging history, spend data, and subscriptions — all in a clearer, easier-to-manage layout.

🎟️ Refreshed Events Tab & Event Groups

The Events Tab has been redesigned for faster management and clearer reporting.

You can now create Event Groups to view combined performance metrics, manage messaging across multiple events, and track high-level data capture in one place. We’ve also added bulk event actions, improved search, clearer order views, and better reporting controls.
