Introducing the New Audience Manager

Written by Support Team
Updated over 2 weeks ago

We’ve made it easier to build, reuse, and manage audiences at scale. With a completely refreshed UI we are excited for you to jump in and start managing your database more efficiently.

Saved Filters

You will notice that we have renamed Segments to Saved Filters, giving a clearer reflection of how they work

  • You can see all your tags and saved filters listed inside the Filters menu for quicker access

  • Search and apply filters directly when building audiences and save multiple filters together to create a Saved Filter

No change to how your existing segments work — just a more intuitive experience.

Secondary Navigation Panel

A new directory view makes it easy to edit, rename, delete, or favourite filters and tags

  • Group related tags to filter across multiple tags at once

  • Merge duplicate or similar tags (e.g. “EDM” and “Electronic Dance Music”)

  • Favourite frequently used tags and saved filters so they’re always easy to find

Bulk Actions with the New Floating Action Panel

Manage multiple contacts at once using a floating action panel:

  • Add or remove tags in bulk

  • Add contacts to lists

  • Delete multiple contacts at the same time

Improved imports

  • Name your CSV imports for better organisation and tracking

  • Manually override Email and SMS opt in status during import (when enabled)

  • Import a single contact into your database

Clearer subscription visibility

  • View a contact’s global opt in status at a channel level (Email and SMS)

  • Quickly understand who you can, and can’t, message, even outside specific lists
