We’ve refreshed the Events Tab UI to make event management faster and more intuitive, helping you organise events and analyse performance more effectively.
Introducing Event Groups
You can now create Event Groups, a brand new feature in the platform. Event Groups allow you to:
Group multiple events together
View combined performance metrics at a glance
Manage messages across grouped events
Track high level data capture in one place
This makes it easier to manage multi-date tours, festivals, or related campaigns without jumping between individual events.
Additional Updates to the Events Tab
Subscribe and tag contacts based on event attendance (for manually created events)
Toggle between Upcoming and Past Events via the secondary navigation panel
Select multiple events to access a floating panel to delete, duplicate, or group
Use dynamic search with select-all support to quickly group events
Add notes and filter graphs for clearer reporting within single events and event groups
Improved order views, including clearer ticket and ticket provider visibility
These updates are designed to give you more flexibility and better visibility across your events.
