Adding and Tracking your employees out on Leave

Now that all your employees are entered, let’s add any existing or planned employee leaves that we know about.

To put an employee on leave:

  • Lets go back to the employee tab

  • Use the search bar to find the employee we are looking for

  • Select the ’leave’ button

  • Click the ‘Add new dates’ button

  • Now enter the Start date, end date, type or reason for leave and whom it was approved

  • Lastly hit the ‘submit’ button.

Two items to note:

  1. An employee on leave, or call-out will not show up on the daily schedules, while not affecting their master rotations.

  2. You can always search for all your employees currently on leave, by going back to your employee’s tab and clicking on the ‘leave’ sorting arrows on top of the ‘leave’ column.
