Practitioners must have an existing practitioner profile in Avaana before they can be invited to access an account.

Steps
Go to Avaana (avaana.com.au). Navigate to Provider Log In, then enter your registered email address and password to access your account.
Go to Settings > Users from the left-hand menu.
In the top-right corner of your Avaana account, click Invite.
Select the practitioner’s name from the list and click Send invite.
✅ An invitation email will automatically be sent to the email address listed in their practitioner profile. The practitioner can then use the email to set their own password and activate their account
Notes
This will send an email to practitioner/s to set a new password for their own practitioner-level account
(The link expires after 15–30 minutes, so complete this promptly).Each practitioner can then log into their own account.
This will differ from the main Avaana account, as it will only include the pages relevant to them.
