Steps
Go to Avaana (avaana.com.au). Navigate to Provider Log In.
Click Forgot Password?
You’ll be taken to a password reset page — enter the email address linked to your individual practitioner profile.
You’ll then receive an email with a link to create a new password.
⚠️ The password reset link will expire after 15–30 minutes, so please complete the reset process promptly.
Notes
We only send password reset links to emails that are registered within your business.
If you don’t receive a password reset email, check that your email address is correct or check your spam folder.
If you entered your password incorrectly too many times, your account may remain locked even after resetting your password. Please contact the Avaana team to unlock it.
