Why You Don’t Receive a Separate Remittance Advice
Avaana does not issue separate remittance advices because all payment and invoice details are already available through our secure Stripe integration.
How payments work with Avaana
Each practitioner invoice is paid as a direct one-to-one transaction
There are no batch or partial payments
The amount deposited into your account will always match the exact invoice total
This means you can easily identify exactly which invoice each payment relates to, without needing a separate remittance advice.
Where to view your payment details
All remittance-style information is already available through Stripe and Avaana:
Payment details (invoice number, invoice date, claim number, claimant name, and invoice amount) and a downloadable copy of your invoice can be found on the Payments & Transfers page in your Avaana account.
Your Stripe dashboard shows full payout details at any time
Stripe email notifications are automatically sent to your registered email for each payout
Your Avaana and Stripe history includes:
Payout dates
Invoice references
Exact payment amounts
Why a separate remittance advice isn’t provided
As Stripe already provides a complete breakdown of each payment, issuing a separate remittance advice would duplicate information that is already available in real time within your Stripe and Avaana dashboard.
