Steps
Go to Avaana (avaana.com.au). Navigate to Provider Log In, then enter your registered email address and password to access your account.
Go to Business Profile > Contact details from the left-hand menu.
Update the email address, contact name, or contact number as required.
If needed, you can also add an alternative email address to receive the same notifications.
Note
If you update the primary email address, this will also update the email address used to log in to your account.
If these changes need to apply to all business locations, you will need to update the contact information separately within each business location profile in Avaana.
