To create an Avaana WorkCover account, please visit the link and follow the instructions provided:
Steps
Business Details
Enter your 11 digit ABN and click Verify.
Your ABN details will then be automatically displayed for you to review and confirm that the business information is correct.
Once verified, click Continue.
Login Details
Enter the following details:
Enter your first and last name
→ This should be the name of the main account owner.Enter a phone number
→ Use the direct contact number for the account owner or your business reception.Enter an email address
→ This will be your primary admin login for the Avaana WorkCover account.
⚠️ If multiple team members need access, we recommend using a shared business email.Create a password
Your password must include:
At least 8 characters
1 uppercase letter
1 lowercase letter
1 number
1 special character
Click Next Step to continue.
Verify Your Email (OTP Code)
Enter the OTP code sent to the email address you used to sign up.
⚠️ Please note:Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
If you didn’t receive the code, click Resend OTP.
If issues persist, click Previous to go back and confirm your email address is correct.
Once you’ve entered the code, click Verify OTP.
Calendar Integration
Choose the Practice Management Software your business currently uses from the dropdown list.
If your system is not listed, select Other.
Once selected, click Continue to proceed.
Business Locations
Start by entering the address of your primary business location and enter the correct address.
Next, select the modality (i.e. Physiotherapy, Psychology) and choose the number of practitioners participating in the Avaana WorkCover Referral Program at that location.
Once the business location has been added, click Next Step to continue.
Add Additional Locations (If Applicable)
If your business has more than one location:
Click the “+” icon to add another location.
Enter the address for your secondary location.
Select the number of practitioners at that business location.
Repeat this process for any additional locations.
Once all locations have been added, click Next Step to continue.
Location Summary
Review your listed business location/s and services to ensure everything is correct.
Once confirmed, click Submit to complete the setup and log in to your Avaana account.
