Connecting Coreplus to Avaana: Step-by-Step Guide

If Coreplus is your primary practice management software, follow the steps below to generate an Access Token key and connect it to your Avaana dashboard. This will allow you to seamlessly sync your practitioners and their availability with Avaana.

Please ensure both your Avaana account and Coreplus system are open.

Steps

  1. Go to https://developers.coreplus.com.au/ and log in to your account.

    From the main dashboard, click Developer, then select Applications.

  2. Click the Create button and enter a Name and Description.

  3. Under the Permissions section, select Select All, then click Save.

  4. After you have saved the API, click on it and a management window will open.

  5. Next, go to Setup in the left-hand menu, and click Add Ons.
    Select the add-on that matches your API name.

  6. Within this section, locate and copy the additional API information shown.

  7. Once you have copied the Access Token key, return to your Avaana account and go to Calendar Integration in the left hand menu.

  8. Select Coreplus from the dropdown menu, then paste your Access Token key into the Access token field (refer to the screenshot below for guidance).

  9. After entering the Access Token key, click Save Changes, then select Sync Coreplus in the bottom-right corner.
    Your integration will begin syncing, and your practitioner/s and service information should appear at the bottom of the page within five minutes.
