Scenario 1: Using Cliniko, Nookal, or Coreplus
If your business uses Cliniko, Nookal, or Coreplus, you can connect your PMS to Avaana to automatically sync your practitioner's details.
ℹ️ What Happens During the Sync
Once a full sync is completed with your PMS:
All practitioners linked to your clinic locations will be imported into Avaana
Practitioner roles and service modalities will be automatically included
Practitioner profiles will appear on the Practitioners page located in the left-hand menu.
ℹ️ Managing Synced Practitioners
After syncing, you can:
Show or hide practitioners on your dashboard
Remove practitioners if they should no longer appear
Scenario 2: If You Do Not Use Cliniko, Nookal, or Coreplus
If your business uses a different PMS, you can connect it to Avaana through Google Calendar.
Steps to Follow
Add Practitioners in Avaana First
Create a profile for each practitioner in your Avaana dashboard.
This ensures bookings and referrals are correctly assigned.

Sync Google Calendar
Once all practitioner profiles are set up, proceed with connecting your Google Calendar.
