Need to remove a practitioner from your account? Follow these steps:

Go to the Practitioners Tab
From the Home page, click on the Practitioners tab.

Select the Practitioner
Find the practitioner you want to delete and click on their profile.

Click Delete
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete button. Confirm the deletion to remove the practitioner from your dashboard.
