Tips and Tricks
Smooth Transition:
We've moved the default award and denial templates to the new interface and attached all scholarships to those default items. No action or special setup is needed, we've got you covered!
Subject and Message Variables:
The subject line supports the same variables as the message field. We recommend using the Scholarship Name variable in the subject line instead of creating a distinct template for each scholarship.
Variables are a powerful tool! Explore their potential, and if you need assistance, our support team is always here to help.
Copying Scholarships:
When you copy scholarships across cycles, the attached award templates will be copied too. Set it up once and you’re good to go!
