How to Create an Online Event on Baluu

Learn how to set up an online event on Baluu and ensure your sessions are clearly marked as online from the start.

Baluu allows you to create online or face-to-face events. When setting up your event, it’s important to choose the correct event type from the start to avoid confusion for your customers.

Please note that Baluu does not support hybrid events within a single event. This means:

  • You cannot mix face-to-face and online sessions under one event

  • All sessions within an event must be either online or in-person

1.Select Your Event Type

When you create a new event, the first thing you’ll do is choose the event type.

Next, add your event information

3.Pricing

At the Pricing step, select Online Event if your sessions will be held online.


This setting will give you the option to add an online link when adding a new session, so customers can click the link to join at the scheduled time.

Please note that Baluu does not host online sessions — you’ll need to use a third-party platform such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
