I Have Available Spots in My Availability, but My Website Shows Sold Out

If your session still shows as sold out on your website, even though you have available spots in your availability, this is usually due to a mismatch between your availability and ticket limits.

How to fix it

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Find the session with the issue

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the session

  4. Select Update Availability

  5. Check the number of tickets available:

    • Make sure it matches the number of available spots

  6. Click Save Changes

Once updated, refresh your website — the tickets should now be available.

Check other sessions

If this class has multiple sessions, make sure they are all updated as well.
