If your session still shows as sold out on your website, even though you have available spots in your availability, this is usually due to a mismatch between your availability and ticket limits.
How to fix it
Go to Calendar
Find the session with the issue
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the session
Select Update Availability
Check the number of tickets available:
Click Save Changes
Once updated, refresh your website — the tickets should now be available.
Check other sessions
If this class has multiple sessions, make sure they are all updated as well.
