Group Size Pricing

Group Size Pricing allows you to automatically reduce the ticket price once a customer reaches a selected group size.

Group Size Pricing allows you to automatically reduce the ticket price once a customer reaches a selected group size. This is useful for encouraging larger bookings by rewarding customers with a lower per-ticket price when booking as a group.

To set this up, create a standard ticket and add your ticket details. Then click Add Specialized Pricing and select Group Size Pricing.

For example:

  • Standard ticket price = £10

  • Group Size Pricing:

    • Min = 8

    • Max = 10

    • Price = £8

How this works:

  • If a customer books 1–7 tickets, each ticket costs the normal £10 price.

  • Once the customer selects 8 or more tickets, all tickets automatically change to the reduced £8 group price.

Example:

  • 5 tickets = £50

  • 7 tickets = £70

  • 8 tickets = £64

  • 9 tickets = £72

  • 10 tickets = £80

This setup is ideal for classes, tours, workshops, party bookings, schools, or team activities where you want to encourage customers to bring more people by unlocking a cheaper group rate once they reach a minimum booking quantity.
