If you wish to offer customers a discount when purchasing multiple tickets in a single booking, you can use the Volume Discount option in the Price Modifications section.

This is ideal for:

  • group bookings,

  • family bookings,

  • encouraging customers to buy more tickets at once,

  • increasing overall ticket sales.

Step 1 β€” Open Your Ticket Settings

Go to your event or session and create or edit a ticket.

Inside the ticket settings, locate the Price Modifications section and click Add Price Modification

Then select Volume Discount

Step 2 β€” Configure the Discount

You can now configure your volume pricing rule.

Name

Give your rule a name, for example:

  • Volume Discount

  • Group Booking Offer

  • Multi Ticket Discount

Action

Choose how the discount should apply.

Example:

  • Decrease by %

  • Value: 10

This means customers will receive a 10% discount.

Step 3 β€” Set the Conditions

Under Conditions, select:

Minimum ticket quantity

Then enter the minimum number of tickets required for the discount to apply.

Example:

  • Minimum ticket quantity: 5

This means:

  • Customers purchasing 5 or more tickets in one booking will receive the discount

  • Customers purchasing fewer than 5 tickets will pay the standard ticket price

Click Save Changes

The discount will now automatically apply during checkout when the booking matches the conditions.

Example
