Keep track of any additional information about a booking using the Notes feature.
This can help to remind you that it's a customer's birthday, they have an allergy or have a special or specific request for the event(s).
To add notes, you can either find the customer on their session in the Timetable, or search for them in the 'Customers' tab.
From the Timetable:
Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Timetable' tab:
2. The Timetable page will open with all the event listings. Select the event listing that you would like to add a note to.
3. A new Timetable window will open with the event information and customer information. Go to the customer which you would like to add the note(s) and click the 3 dot menu and select "Notes".
4. A new window will open with the notes form. Fill in the notes form and select the 'Save' button.
5. Once you click the 'Save' button a new window will open confirming the notes have been saved.
From the Baluu 'Customers' tab
Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'People' tab, then choose 'Customers':
2. A new page will open with the customer data, go to the customer which you would like to add the note to and click on the 'View' button.
3. A new window will appear with the customer information along with their purchase and review history. Click on the top right 3 dot menu and select "Notes".
4. A new window will open with the notes form. Fill in the notes form and select the 'Save' button.
5.Once you click the 'Save' button a new window will open confirming the notes have been saved.
