Our integrated Stripe payment system allows business owners to be paid faster than ever.
How does it work?
Go to the Baluu Dashboard on the left hand corner and select on the 'Admin' tab and then select 'Bank/Finance'.
2. A new page will open, go to the Stripe connect section and select the 'Connect Stripe' button.
3. A new window will open, and here you will be able to set up your payment with Stripe. Once you fill in all the required details you will officially have your Stripe account.
4. Once in Stripe, the steps are relatively simple. You'll need to enter your email and then your mobile number to start, which will generate a verification code sent to your phone, which you'll need in order to continue set up.
5. Once through, you'll be asked to provide details about your type of business and industry, as well as your personal details, and business account details.
6. When you've moved through the process, simply click 'Done' and you'll be all set up!
You can then go back to your dashboard, and open your account from the same Finance section at any time.
It is very easy to change your bank account details on Stripe. Simply log into your Baluu dashboard, navigate to Stripe, and update your information.
If you have any further questions, or need help setting up, please email support@baluu.co.uk
When will I get paid?
Connecting to Baluu's Stripe account allows all business owners to get paid faster. However, payouts differ depending on your plan and booking type.
All fixed date & time bookings are paid out within 24 hours of the booking being placed with you.
This money can then take up to 3 days to reach your connected bank account.
Under UK law, Gift Card purchases must ave added refund protection, and therefore are not paid out to you until 14 days has elapsed.
All Private Bookings 'ringfenced' at point of transaction meaning the money is allocated to Stripe, but not collected until the booking is confirmed. If you reject a private booking Stripe releases the money, and the request for payment will drop off your customer's bank statement. You can read more about this here.
