Finding out which guests and attendees are booked for each event is very important when it comes to knowing guest and attendee details. With our Baluu platform it is super simple to find out all this information in just one section.
Follow these simple steps to find out who is booked in each event:
1. Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Timetable' tab.
2. A new page will open with all scheduled events. Scroll to the event date which you would like to view the attendees for and select it.
3. A new window will open with the 'Timetable' for that event date. Here you can find information about the attendees such as 'Attendees name, number of attendees, source, tickets, gross total, discount, and net total.
4. When you select the 'Guestlist' tab located next to the 'Manage Attendees' tab you will find information about the attendee along with their guest. Here you will find the name, email, phone number, ticket type, and number of attendees.
