It is important to have a cancellation policy in store for all events in order to reduce any misunderstandings with customers who wish to cancel. Adding your cancellation policy for your events is extremely simple. Follow the steps below to add a cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy types:
Cancel or Reschedule: Allow customers to either cancel or reschedule their session.
Reschedule Only: Customers can't cancel, but are allowed to reschedule to another session.
No Cancellations: Customers can't cancel or reschedule their session once booked.
Please Be Aware: It is a legal requirement that any bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking being made; these will always be allowed regardless of the policy created here.
Select the 'Services' tab and select 'Listings', then 'Manage' on an event.

Press 'Edit Policy' on the 'Cancellation Policy' tile.
Fill in the form and press 'Save Changes'.
A confirmation message will indicate that the policy changes have been saved.
