If a customer faces an error during these attempts, please make sure you have reviewed and updated the Terms & Conditions. Provide customers with the option to reschedule or cancel the event by following the steps below:
1. Go to 'Service' and click on 'Settings'.
2. Under 'Listing Settings', select "Terms & Conditions".
3. In 'Policy Type', choose whether to allow customers to 'Cancel or Reschedule', 'Reschedule Only' or 'No Cancellations'.
4. If you decide to give the option to cancel, reschedule, or both, you need to choose the time until when customers are allowed to make changes to their booking.
5. After making changes, remember to click "Save Changes."
