Why Customers Encounter Errors When Trying to Cancel or Reschedule Events

This guide offers simple instructions on enabling customers to reschedule or cancel their event sessions.

If a customer faces an error during these attempts, please make sure you have reviewed and updated the Terms & Conditions. Provide customers with the option to reschedule or cancel the event by following the steps below:

1. Go to 'Settings' and click on 'Booking Policies'.

2. Click edit on the booking policy

3. Make sure reschedule and cancellation options are enabled

4. After making changes, remember to click "Save Changes."
