First, check your cancellation and rescheduling policy in the terms and conditions. To do this, go to 'Service,' click on 'Settings,' then select 'Terms and Conditions.'
Note that you need a Standard subscription plan to update the Terms and Conditions.
You can define the duration before a session during which a customer is no longer able to cancel or reschedule.
Please note, cancellation is still possible within 24 hours of the booking being made.
1. Booking Confirmation:
Once customers make a booking, they will receive a confirmation letter via email. This email contains all the details of their session along with a very important button at the bottom labeled 'Manage booking.'
2. Managing the Booking:
When customers click on the 'Manage booking' button in the confirmation email, it will open a new page where they have the option to either reschedule their booking or cancel it (if you provided this option in your terms and conditions).
