How do I refund a customer for a term?

This article shows you how to refund a termly booking.

Refunding a Term Booking

  1. Go to Listings and open your term event.

  2. Select the Availability tab.

  3. Find the term and click on any session within that term.

  4. Locate the customer you wish to refund.

  5. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to their booking and select Cancel.

  6. Tick Refund this booking if you would like to issue a refund.

  7. Confirm the cancellation.

Please note: Cancelling a customer's booking from a term session will cancel their entire term booking, including all remaining sessions. If you select Refund this booking, the customer will also receive a refund according to your refund settings.
