"This account has not been setup to accept payments yet." - Error

What this error means and how to fix it.

If this error has popped up on your bookings, here is how to sort it out!

This is caused by the fact that you have not connected to Stripe Connect, the system we use to take and deliver your payments.

Luckily, it is also very easy to solve! Head to your Baluu dashboard, and go to your 'Settings', then to 'Bank/Finance'.

At the top of the page, you'll see this:

Press 'Connect Stripe'.

Now Stripe will walk you through the account setup process, and you will be able to get paid!
