Would you like to increase or decrease the number of sessions a customer has on their bundle. Well here's how!
Before proceeding, please ensure that you have confirmed your booking. If you haven't confirmed your booking, you won't be able to make any updates. To confirm your booking, please either go to your dashboard or follow these steps.
To reduce customer's bundle:
1. Navigate to 'People' and select 'Customers'
2. Use the search function to find the customer whose number of sessions you want to adjust.
3. Select the customer from the search results and click on 'View' to access the customer's booking details.
4. Under the 'Purchases' section, you'll find a list of bookings for this person. Locate the specific booking you want to edit, click on the three-dot settings button, and select 'View Purchase.'
5. You will see the booking details. In the right corner, click the three-dot settings button again and select 'Edit Bundle Details.'
6. Edit the total sessions, and don't forget to click 'Save Changes' to apply them.
