How to Edit Customer Details

This detailed guide outlines the process of editing the name, email, or phone number of customers

To keep your event's buyer or guest details updated, follow these instructions to change the details of a booking:

  1. Navigate to the 'People' section and then click on 'Customers':

  2. In the Customers area, search for the name of the person who made the booking. Once you find them, click on the name to see more details.

  3. Click on 'Edit Customer'

  4. Update the name, phone number and email. After making the necessary changes, click 'Save Changes.'

Additional Options

From the same customer profile page, you can also:

  • Delete the customer (if needed).

  • Manage newsletter preferences β€” if the customer has signed up for your newsletter and wants to unsubscribe, simply untick the newsletter option and save the changes.
