Managing Guests in Your Bookings: How to Add or Remove Them

Whether you're dealing with single sessions, group bookings, or appointments, adjusting your guest list is easy.

Add a Guest:

  1. Go to your timetable.

  2. Find the date of the session you want to update.

  3. Click the three dots next to the booking of the person you want to add a guest to and choose 'Add Guest'

  4. Pick the ticket type, and decide how many guests to add. Then, click 'Save Changes.'

Removing Guests:

  1. In your timetable find the date of the session you want to update.

  2. Click the three dots next to the booking of the person whose guest you want to remove and click 'Remove Guest':

  3. Choose the guest to remove, and click 'Remove.'

Please note, this does not refund the customer, only decreases the number of guests. Once a guest is removed, please email support@baluu.co.uk if you need to process a partial refund.
