About
The Course enrollments widget displays the courses the current user is enrolled in in an accordion layout. It provides an overview of course progress, including section and activity completion status. An optional search form allows users to enrol themselves in additional courses.
What is displayed?
A list of courses the current user is enrolled in.
For each course, the following information is displayed:
Course picture
Category
Name
Sections in the course and their completion status
Optionally, activities within each section and their completion status, displayed in a collapsible view
Completion indicators:
Gray – Not completed
Green – Completed
Status of the course
Add course form – A form that allows the user to enrol in additional courses.
Note: What is displayed may vary depending on the widget's configuration.
Available actions
Three dot menu for each course:
View details – Display enrolment details in a modal.
Edit enrolment – Open a modal to edit enrolment details.
Unenroll – Unenroll the current user from the course.
Arrow symbol – Expand or collapse activity information for each section.
Add course form – Use the search field to select a course and enrol in that course.
Note: Available actions depend on the widget configuration.
Available settings
In the widget preferences, the following options can be configured:
Sort by – Sort displayed courses alphabetically, by enrolment date, or by course start date.
Sort direction – Choose between ASC and DESC.
Per page – Number of courses displayed per page.
Display progress – Display completion progress of courses.
Expandable – Add expandable information about activity completion in each section.
Display add course form – Add a form for self enrolment in any course on the site.
Limit data to:
Course categories – Display courses of the selected categories with optional inclusion of subcategories.
