When your balance reaches the $25 minimum, you can choose from three withdrawal options:
ACH (Automated Clearing House): Direct bank transfers, with funds arriving in 3-5 business days.
RTP (Real-Time Payments): Instant bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Can I cancel my withdrawal?
Once a withdrawal is initiated, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled. This applies to both bank transfers and gift card withdrawals.
Where will I receive my withdrawal?
Gift card: Your gift card will be sent to your email within 48 hours. Be sure to check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
ACH: If you choose ACH, your funds will arrive in your linked bank account within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
RTP: RTP withdrawals are processed instantly, though actual delivery depends on your bank’s processing times. Weekends and holidays may cause slight delays.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
