Updated over 2 weeks ago

Once you've earned cashback on your purchases, you can transfer the funds to your bank account. Here's how to withdraw your earnings and address common issues.

Steps to withdraw your earnings

When your balance reaches the $25 minimum, you can choose from two withdrawal options:

  1. ACH (Automated Clearing House): Direct bank transfers, with funds arriving in 5-7 business days.

  2. RTP (Real-Time Payments): Instant bank transfers, though processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Can I cancel my withdrawal?

Once a withdrawal is initiated, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

Where will I receive my withdrawal?

  • ACH: If you choose ACH, your funds will arrive in your linked bank account within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • RTP: RTP withdrawals are processed instantly, though actual delivery depends on your bank’s processing times. Weekends and holidays may cause slight delays.
