How do Task Automations work?
Task Automations are rules in the Operations Portal that automatically generate tasks. Besty supports 73+ automations, so you can cover just about every scenario.
Each automation needs:
Name — a label for the rule.
Trigger — what causes the task to be created: Reservation Check-In, Check-Out, Occupied, Vacant, or Repeating (for example, every 1 month or every 1 year).
Templates — which task template(s) the automation creates.
Status — an Active/Inactive toggle.
You can also set Conditions, such as limiting the automation to a specific listing set or to specific properties.
Use + Create Automation to add a new rule.
